Making the most of digi.talk
digi.talk, among other things, is a way of introducing you to NLB's rich sources of e-content. You will see that digi.talk's articles highlight this content as well as point to information of interest on the Internet.
You will see that like all online information sources we use hyperlinking to point to items of interest. Due to NLB's approach to "deep-linking" (i.e. the direct access via a live hyperlink to a specific webpage) we often indicate the Home Page of the website we are referring to. If you wish to make use of the direct link we quote the whole link underneath the article in "DIRECT LINKS" as non-live text so that you can then cut and paste it into your chosen browser.
Some of the hyperlinks refer to articles from NLB's e-content. In order to make use of these you need to be a NLB Digital LIbrary Member. When you click on the hyperlinked text you will usually be taken to the e-resources page where you need to logon. If you want to make your life easier you can cut and paste the title into the search box of the database indicated in the DIRECT LINK
